NDC Rep Teams Update 2011 marks the launch of NDC’s Rep Teams in the Premier and Senior classes. There are three teams in total: NDC Slipstream(mixed)/NDC OCEAN1(open), New Dragons Racing Club Premier and NDC-Canadian Seniors Dragonboat Club. If you’ve been following the results from Pickering, Ottawa, TIDBRF, and most recently the DBC National Championships in Welland, you’ll know that NDC is officially  home to the fastest teams in Canada! All of the NDC competing teams qualified to represent Canada and NDC at the 2012 IDBF Club Crew World Dragon Boat Championships in Hong Kong 2012. Beginning in August NDC will be expanding its Rep Programs to cover more race divisions and classes…stay tuned for details! The next racing stop for these teams will be at the ICF Dragonboat Club Crew Worlds in Toronto July 21-24. Come down, check out the teams and cheer on NDC as we take on the world in our own back yard!
