Lets Party! A Fundraiser.
Today marks the delivery of NDC’s first three replacement BuK boats. These boats are the racing standard and are raced at the best events around the world. In our endeavour to bring the best to our teams, we hope to fully rebuild our fleet with brand new BuK’s. To do this we need your help.
NDC will be having a community fundraising party at SunnySide Cafe on Thursday June 23rd to raise funds for new boats and NDC programming. Everyone is invited to what will be a fun night and great opportunity to hang out with fellow dragon boaters before facing off at the Centre Island Races. What to expect…
- BEER! Two local craft beers will be competing to be the official “NDC Dragonboat Beer”. We need your ballot to make this happen. Two beer tickets (one of each) will be included in admission.
- Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door and include two sample beers as well as door prizes generously donated by NDC supporting organizations and individuals. Please ask your coach about tickets. If you can help sell tickets, please contact Chrissy at chrissy@nationaldragonboat.com.
